"Friendly and helpful staff. Good size swimming pool. Room was extremely hot as Jersey saw record temperatures but was still very hot when temperatures cooled down outside (no AC). Good breakfast though could do with fresh fruit selection."

"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."

"Lovely all round hotel in a great location for restaurants, supermarket and buses. Hill is steep, so less mobile might struggle. Good car parking right outside, and EV charging by harbour. Pool clean though chilly and even though temperatures were high 20s and full hotel not used, plenty of sunbeds with pool towels. Only negative no hair conditioner or body lotion, no ice bucket and no fridge. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast."

"Ideal location. Process easy. Furniture very uncomfortable. No room cleaning nor clean towels during stay. Would use again because of location."

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."

We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to...
