The stay was excellent for the price and the hotel is in a great location. There is some disruption caused by much ongoing renovation but the staff was courteous about it all. One thing of note is that the single rooms are compact - for Americans think of a room you might find in Manhattan.

I didn’t like the noise of construction every morning around 02:00 am Also, the stand lamp and table lamp not working.We need in room plates, spoons, caps and plates at lest for 2 person available. The staff is amazing, quick response on calls. 3 min walk from Nyhavn : great location.

Perfect hotel for our few days in Copenhagen for the Christmas market and shopping. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay at the Phoenix again if we return!
