First class hotel. Beautiful location. Excellent food and amenities. The people couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone speaks English thankfully. Although everything is very expensive (plus 25% vat) in Copenhagen, there is value for the money. Easy to drive around.

This is a cute hotel. We chose to stay for 5 nights from Christmas Eve. The staff are all lovely, professional and welcoming. However, it was very clear after check in that this boutique hotel is for business travellers and was not geared up for family or Christmas travellers. No special Christmas Eve touches and the tv app doesn’t work for European travellers. The reception manager, Robert, very kindly loaned us his iPad to watch a Christmas movie. Breakfast is £35 per head, so we skipped that and ate at the city centre eateries which offered more choice and much cheaper. A pleasant stay but just the wrong hotel for our family Christmas holiday…
