The hotel was clean and in a great location in relation to the airport, metro for getting into downtown area and walking distance to the water/aquarium. We stayed one night before our flight out the next morning. The room’s bathroom was nice and updated (clean, spacious and functional). The room itself was an interesting layout and could use some more decorating and flooring change, but was clean and tidy. Overall, a great stay for our one night before skipping to the airport in the morning.

We stayed at the Copenhagen Best Western Plus for one night before our cruise, and it was a great choice. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and get to the cruise terminal. There were a couple of downsides. We missed having a TV in the room, and the bed for the third person wasn’t very comfortable. However, for a short stay, the hotel was clean, convenient, and the location really made up for those shortcomings. We’d definitely consider staying here again before another cruise.

Ordered a room with 2 beds - got 2 rooms, one with 2 chairs each converted into a bed and the other room had a desk to chair not upholstered, a waste basket and a large bed with separate bedding for 2 people. No tv or radio. The bathroom was updated and nice, minus a waste bin. Good sized closet with a short rod on one side no bench for a suitcase. No bellhop to help with luggage. Restaurant and bar only open in evening due to construction. Restrooms on main level only lighted in evening.

The hotel is still partly under construction but our room was finished! It was very basic! We had no tv, no phone, and very little in the room at all. It was definitely clean and fine for a one night stay near the airport. We felt it was expensive! They did have an included breakfast but we had to leave for the airport at 5:50 am so we were not able to eat the breakfast.

Breakfast- Good. Staff ok, no issue with them. No water, no coffee no fridge, or TV in the room. No phone, side tables are very tiny and floor in the room had covering from cane, not a carpet. Pics are deceiving. No Air condition in the hotel in summer made our trip miserable. We had to keep the window open all night. Morning, sun would hit, so kept on doing it. Bathroom was extremely tight, make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Amenities- none available. The good things- reasonable food was outside the hotel and so was the shopping mart. Train station 6 minutes walk, very reachable but everything else you jave to take train. Not sure if i will recommend to anyone.

The hotel was under renovation so it was messy. Many areas need upgrading but seems like that’s what is being done. Rooms were nice and big and the renovated ones were very nice. Bathrooms for the superior rooms were so big! Lots of convenient restaurants, grocery and stores close by. Restaurant in the hotel was very good but the breakfast buffet was basic. Great convenient location and good value for the price.

The staff were absolutely great but they are currently renovating the hotel which I wish I knew prior. They stated that they start construction at 9am but we were woken up at 6am by loud bangs. It was more than frustrating. The hotel also seems very outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable. For the price I wouldve stayed elsewhere. I will not be back.

One of THEE worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. On my deathbed they'll ask me my greatest regret and I'll say staying a night at The Best Western Plus in Copenhagen, Denmark. There was no climate control in room. I could not cool it down if I wanted to. There was no refrigerator in the room which I NEEDED to keep my insulin cool I had to keep getting ice from the front desk staff. There were like 23 TV channels all in Dutch which I could not speak. Two of the lamp light bulbs were burned out. There was a shoe box size closet to put things away. The mattress was really thin sitting on a springy box mattress. The hotel was no where near any bar/nightlife. I will say the food in the restaurant was very good but there was no free breakfast for paying guests. My advice anyone looking to stay in Copenhagen avoid this hotel like a case of the Clap.

The room was clean, the hotel itself was under renovations, the staff was accommodating to say the least. The shower glass could've cone out a little further to prevent the washroom from being wet especially after stepping from the shower. Other than that, I would stay there again when the need arise.

I probably should not give a review, because the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time. Very noisy. Noise began at about 7 AM. The staff gave me two free beers, free coffee and a set of earplugs. Thanks, but I'd rather pay less for the room. Still. I'd return. Great location and once the renovations are done it will be even nicer. I imagine they'll raise the price even more though.
