I found the Adina Apartment Hotel to be a fantasastic place to stay during my stay in Copenhagen. I like the fact that it is not in the central dstrict of the city, and yet it is close enough to walk into town for sites and restaurants. Also, the hotel is close to a supermarket, a restaurant, and a bakery. The Osterport train station is close by making taking a day trip convenient. And the room was very comfortable (suite) with a well appointed kitchn, living area, and separated bedroom. With all the points above, by far the biggest elelment of satisfaction with the friendly staff service. We felt welcomed anytime we had a question or a request. I would stay here anytime in Copenhagen.

Excellent hotel. Exactly as described. A complete 1 bedroom apartment, including washer & dryer. Kind & attentive staff. Great location very close to the water. Near the mermaid statue, Kastellet, the train, and the incredibly short ferry to Reffen. Located away from the buisier downtown, although the train makes everything accessible, including a day trip to Sweden. Can walk to many places. Restaurant directly across the street. Easily accessible for Ubers/Taxis and tour pickups. Highly recommend!

Nice apartments, good kitchen (though not very well equipped for real cooking), comfortable, clean, great washer & dryer, great bathroom. Fairly easy walk to hotel from public transportation. Super close grocery store, nice choice of close restaurants. Expensive. Would probably stay here again.

I requested online a two bedroom apartment facing the courtyard, with no traffic noise and street noise, while making the booking. No one informed me that this is not possible. Upon checking in, I was told that all two bedrooms apartment are facing the street and train tracks. The noise is very loud from the train and the traffic on the street. The hotel is very clean, and beds are comfortable. But if you are a light sleeper and can not bear the noise, you need to call the hotel directly and make sure you get a courtyard facing room.

Good location for pre cruise stay. I would recommend the Italian restaurant across from the hotel (Tio Mario) Excellent food and service, reasonable prices. At $40.00 cad the breakfast buffet expensive but the food was delicious. Mix of industrial and residential area close to train station and main road, good sound dampening in the room with windows closed.

Our group of 3 spent 3 nights at the Adina Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen. The space is a little tight for 3 adults but what I expected for the region. The kitchen was well stocked and the room included laundry which can be handy to have. The location is excellent with easy access to the metro and we walked to the city centre easily. There was a grocery store and restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Copenhagen.

The property was wonderful, with a very convenient restaurant and grocery store nearby. We were delayed a day in our arrival, so there was some confusion when we checked in. We communicated in writing multiple times and multiple ways, but they never responded that they got our messages. But, once they figured it out, They were very pleasant! They helped us printout out boarding documents for the cruise, which was very helpful! We stayed for 5 nights before our cruise. I highly recommend them for pre-cruise accommodations.

A beautiful new complex, just on the outskirts. Around 10 minute walk to The Little Mermaid, so it’s just on the northern edge of the city, really clean, friendly reception. The kitchenette is really useful and there is a supermarket less than a minute away. The only reason i gave it 4 stars: the pool, which was one of the reasons I booked here -often had unsupervised children. Around 3 times I went down for a swim, at different times, and couldn’t get in as kids were messing around. Other than that, really great apartments.

No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite spacious, balcony is quite nice, but can hear train noises at night, bit disturbing.

We had a very good stay, communication with the hotel and front desk staff was smooth and helpful throughout. The apartment setup was ideal as it offered the space and flexibility of an Airbnb combined with the convenience of hotel service and a catered breakfast. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a nice option for quiet moments when we did not want to go out. Having a full kitchen made travelling with young children much easier, and the washer and dryer were very useful, although the dryer needed a quick clean before use. The main downside is the location. It is a bit out of town and although Google suggests a 16 minute walk to the nearest station, it was closer to 20 to 25 minutes with two children under five. For airport travel a taxi was definitely the practical choice. The pool is also not heated so it can feel cold at first, although the kids didn't mind. Small points that did not take away from an overall great stay. The space, service and family friendly setup made it a great choice for our trip.

Great size rooms, having the use of a kitchen when traveling makes a huge difference , not all rooms have an oven so check the room type when booking. Lovely pool area with sauna, the staff were great too.
