All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). "This hotel was impeccable. I did a lot of research on where to stay and this hotel was consistently listed among the top 10 in Copacabana and I now see why! It was every bit as luxurious as its WAY more expensive neighbors. The staff was excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and had a gorgeous view. It is a great location that is close to Ipanema, too. I would stay here again!"
