"Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. "Beautiful, cozy hotel in town and right next to the water. Perfect location to take in the stunning scenery and explore Queenstown."

"only bad thing was the hotel is up a slope. everything else was perfect."

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."
