"Everything good but should not charge for parking"

"Clean room. Pullout couch fit single, which was just what we needed when our daughter decided to join us. Not too far from Smith College. Good value"

"My room was cleaned once in my 8 days stay. Lady in the front desk was nasty. Dog pooped in the hallway. Not a good place to stay again."

"In a word -- exquisite!"

"We had a very good stay! The check-in process through Expedia was smooth and easy. Abigail was very professional, kind, and welcoming during check-in. There was also another gentleman working in the evening who was just as professional and kind. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, and the breakfast was great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Was a great stay, very clean, quiet, and breakfast was good."

"Staff is superb, front desk was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty, the room was very spacious and well equipped, loved the mini fridge and microwave. Parking is free but you have to walk to the garage, the walk is not the worst."

"Wonderful room and delicious breakfast! A unique stay 😊"

"Could not believe how expensive almost ALL hotels were in MA. This was not a great value for the money - but it was one of the few options we were willing to pay for. Definitely NOT worth the cost, but then I suspect most options weren't."
