"Lovely room and the beds were so comfortable! We followed advance about the parking in a very close car park so cheap and easy. We had an issue with towels which was sorted out immediately and communication has been great. The only thing we’d have liked is the ability to make a cup of tea, only a coffee machine was in the room, and they don’t get hot enough for tea. Small thing and wouldn’t stop us from coming back! Fab place. "

"The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. "

"I’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy my visit. Martin is a great host and the breakfast is lovely. The room has everything you need and plus the shower water pressure is decent. All round a great budget option for anyone looking to be in the centre of Llandudno. "

"I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!"
