"So for starters I reserved the room for 9 days. Paid for all 9 days at check in. 8 days in a get a call stating I did not pay for the past 2 nights and my room keys are disabled. I let them know I have receipts and it was in facts paid. They called me back to say they were sorry. After that they called again and stated i had to pay a pet fee but my pet was not even there. The day before that I complained to the front desk because the housekeeper STOLE my prescription from my room and then all...

"My family, friends, and I all decided to stay at this hotel for my brother’s wedding. I was first greeted by Vinnie one of the managers at the reception desk. To say he was just helpful as an understatement. He went above and beyond and made my stay very pleasurable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good and the pool is clean as well. As per critiques, I would only say that the hallways smell a little funky. If I’m in that area again, I would 100% pick this hotel to stay at."

"Very friendly staff, loved he layout of a seperated bedroom from the living room, and great free breakfast options. Was turned off when we found a large bug in the room, but staff was very quick and efficient in getting it handled immediately. The front door deadbolt didn't lock other than the clip lock. Pool was foggy, which scared us from usong it. The TVs wouldn't turn on or off easily and the phone didn't work. Otherwise it was a great stay. "

"Terrible front desk staff. Laundry facilities don’t work. When you tell them it’s hard for you to take stairs, they make sure you have to take the most stairs to get to your room. Pack light! Those stairs are no joke, especially with liggage"
