"Il giudizio é deludente perché la prenotazione prevedeva il bagno privato e invece ho trovato un bagno in comune e in condizioni pessime. Niente doccia quindi né sapone di cortesia, neon bruciato sul lavandino in camera, a colazione solo una brioche e fette biscottate burro marmellata. Essendo un 2 stelle e avendo pagato poco avevo poche aspettative ma speravo meglio. Buona la posizione, comodo balconcino e titolare molto gentile. "Very friendly and helpful manager, we were running late, traveling by motorcycle, so we were a tad nervous, but he waited and knew exactly who we were and took good care of us, showed us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. This place is very well maintaned and have the beach and lots of restaurants in close walking distance. If you are considering this hotel, you dont need to hesitate. Go ahead and book it! "

"This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered! Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"We have chosen this hotel with the good price and good location and for that purposes the hotel is ok However at least it could be more clean, there was a space under the bed and when I have tride to search for if we dropped something or not I have seen lots of dust and candies-stuff dropped and forgotten by previous guests and they were not cleaned for a long time, please be careful about it; on the other hand the bed, sheets, pillows and bathroom was clean, can be preferred for short stays"
