"Kaibus Place met all of the needs for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17 years of age)! The apartment (3 bed /2 bath) provided more than enough sleeping space and entertainment space so that we all could find comfort in spending time together or alone. With a front and back balcony for relaxing, everyone had a place to unwind from the day's events. The apartment was well equipped for our stay. Everything was clean and very well maintained. "The resort was everything I imagined—and more. After seeing the ad on TikTok and reading the glowing reviews, I was sold and knew I had to experience it for myself. I’d like to give special recognition to the following staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable: Merrick, Laurence, Becky, Sabrina, Vadie, Rehanna, Saskia, and Cashmir. (I didn't get the names of two additional ladies, they are usually together and one is from Egypt as they too deserve recognition). A heartfelt thank you to each of you for your outstanding customer service. Your warmth and professionalism made this experience an absolute joy for both my better half and me.
