"Great place to stay for a NYC visit"

"The hotel is decent, nothing extravagant but decent. The service is attentive, the breakfast is fine, nothing out of the ordinary for the price. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have private parking, so you have to look for a spot nearby. They should consider having microwaves in each room because the only one is in the cafeteria, and being on the 4th floor, you have to go down and up just to heat up an instant soup. Other than that, everything is fine and acceptable. It's a good place if you want to save money and stay in Brooklyn."

"The room was clean, the shower doors kept sliding when taking shower so outside door kept getting wet. The complimentary breakfast was great (the lady in charge kept things clean and assisted when needed), and the front desk was very polite and professional. Would use this location when needed in the future. Location is great with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Parking is there (meter)."

"Look, this is not a fancy resort. What it is however, is surprisingly quiet for being next to a very busy trio of roadways, perfectly clean, civil enough staff, good water pressure, a decent bed...This hotel does its job, and you are very close to trains, to neighborhood establishments, and to easy routes in or out of NYC. While the rate I paid was a little inflated, relative to what hotels cost these days, it was enough of a value for a comfortable night's sleep. Am I going to prioritize it for a stay? Maybe not. But it deserves kind words."
