"Room was clean. Was disappointed that our room with a "balcony" was still ground level. Security staff was great. Reception staff could have been a little nicer. Beach view was good. Very nice resort. Would stay again."

"Check in was good. Resort was great except the room had some cosmetic issues. Also the beach was not even usable due to the sargassum. Outside of those couple issues there everything was great. Nice place to stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Infinity restaurant was extremely slow having to wait one day over an hour for our breakfast. Two other tables came in after us and got their food and left before we got ours. The veranda bar was amazing. Really enjoyed Gregory. He had some special bar...

"Es la 3ra vez que nos quedamos aquí, simplemente hermoso el resort, tiene todo para hacer, no hay que salir. Realmente se siente uno en el Caribe. Los restaurantes son excelentes todos, los bares , wuaoo las pizzas, la comida del Rooftop deliciosa y sobre todo lo amables que son. La habitacion muy cómoda, la cama, la vista a la playa. Gracias a todos por sus atenciones, a los que mantienen en pie el resort, lo apreciamos mucho. Dios mediante seguiremos viniendo."
