"A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. "Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

"un groupe de clim, sur le balcon, qui émet des vibrations à chaque redémarrage et qui résonne dans la chambre...une TV des années...avec démodulateur et de dimensions frôlant les 20' à tout casser sur un support dangereux pour les têtes. Une salle d'eau avec un cumulus débranché, les ampoules d'éclairage au dessus du lavabo carrément retirées, une lunette de WC un peu baladeuse...un petit déjeuner vraiment petit avec choix limité. je m'arrêterais là mais pour moi la troisième étoile brille...

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist aber leider zum Parkplatz. Dabei ist der aber sehr praktisch und wir haben immer einen bekommen, auch wenn wir lange unterwegs waren."

"Schönens und ruhiges kleines Hotel mitten in der Natur Sardiniens mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. "Der Check in war sehr einfach und der Pool sehr gut zur Erfrischung. Auf den ersten Blick ist uns der Pool sehr klein vorgekommen aber da haben die Bilder mich eventuell etwas getäuscht. Ich würde dort keinen kompletten Pooltag machen, dafür ist er zu klein und es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Außenbereich. Was man außerdem bedenken muss ist, dass der Ort sehr abgelegen ist und man 30-45 min zum nächsten richtigen Supermarkt und Strand fährt. Ein Mietwagen ist dort ein muss!!! Alles war...

"Den ene receptionist, hende der var der ved check ind var meget serviceminded, hvor imod den anden var sur og uvenlig. Stedet er rimeligt nyt og måske derfor også noget sterilt og uden charme. Poolen er kæmpestor men ikke særlig charmerende. Stranden er kun 5 min væk og et rigtig god. Hotellet har deres eget område dernede med solsengen og parasoller. Byen har ikke meget at byde på, der er enkelte fine restauranter ellers er der ikke så meget andet i byen. Husk myggebalsam, er er rigtigt...

"Beautiful property. We had a car so needed to drive to see other beaches , restaurants etc. Our room was clean but very outdated. You had to leave a deposit of 20 euros per beach towel. None of the beach towels matched, they looked as if they were left behind my guests at some point. We arrived around 1 after we landed in Olbia. We could not get a beach chair. The resort only had 10-12 on the beach. Absurd considering the number of guests! There are a decent number of lounge chairs by the pool...

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person. Our arrival experience was also disappointing....
