Incredible hospitality, great location, and very dog-friendly! We had a fantastic stay at Pitmaster RV Park! The location is perfect-just an easy 8-minute drive to Garner State Park, making it an ideal base camp for exploring and hitting the Frio River.

As first timers to this property, we enjoyed our stay, property manager was inviting, friendly and made check in process a breeze. We will be coming back. Suggestions pack pickle ball, baseball equipment to utilize the rec on site. Very well kept pit area, we made awesome bbq on their large smokers.

The RV park itself is wonderful but the RV I was in, need some work. The people who welcome me at my arrival were fantastic, very very nice people always wanted to help and make your stay perfect but they are not the owner of the trailer I was staying in. I loved my stay!

We were traveling for a wedding and didn’t spend a lot of time at the RV park or use any of the amenities. We did walk around to see everything and the BBQ area and the bath house looked really nice. Everything was very clean and the manager, Shelley, was very friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in was immaculate and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Pitmaster RV Park.

We were the only people on the property. It was very quiet. Be careful walking across the grass in sandles, as there are stickers. There is a slight sulfur smell to the water when showering. Overall, the place is pristine. The covered wagon is lovely but consider it a comfortable camping experience.

My travel trailer experience

I wanted to visit Concan, Tx to see the Frio River. It has been years since I went to Garner State Park. I found Pit Master Rv park on Hotels.com I stayed there overnight in a newish travel trailer that belongs to them. It was spotless and very comfortable. I brought my dog, so having a clean nice place to stay with a fenced dog park was perfect. This place is about a 10 minute drive to Garner State Park. I highly recommend staying here. The park has clean restrooms, showers and new laundry area.

We had a great time for a Father's day trip. We enjoy camping and I was really happy to have so many amenities like the easy to use grills, nice showers and restrooms, and the ability to bring our dogs with us, that made it more like glamping! The landscape is extremely beautiful and as someone who likes birdwatching we saw and heard some cool birds while there, including a roadrunner. We stayed in the rv, which was very spacious and had everything I forgot to pack, like a spatula. Our hosts were very sweet, friendly, and helpful and I would love to return. There is a lot to do nearby, and it is very close to Garner, and we booked a day pass in advance since they sometimes fill up, and spent time by the river.

We loved our stayed at the Wagon this past weekend, it was a unique experience. It was spotless, beautiful, very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We were provided with bedsheets, blankets, pillows and towels, which as plus. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommended it to everyone visiting the area.

Clean and had everything we needed. On site showers in another building are really nice and allow for the family to get cleaned up at once instead of one at a time in the trailer. Staff is very friendly!
