We stayed in October, to attend a wedding in Kerrville. The property was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting around the pool area. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean My friends wanna go back for a weekend, when we can enjoy the pool.

We will go back to the Inn of the Hills. The pool was beautiful. Everything very clean. The only downfall was that breakfast and the pub weren’t open on Monday and Tuesday.

The courtyard with the pool is wonderful. Staff was super helpful and upgraded us to another room because the carpet was soaking wet in the one we got. Only negative was that the restaurant and bar are not open Daily

The facility itself was well kept. The grounds are beautifully kept. Some amenities are in need of major upgrades. Only found 1 of the ice machines working on entire premise. And yes the room was clean but is has a musty smell. It was as if it where the combo of a/c, rug, etc. Giving it a Humidified sent the wouldn't go away. The towel racks have some rust spots. I can say staff was very good and friendly. The place just needs investments on upgrades.

The tiny pool with the waterfall toward the back of the property was the perfect quiet place to read and relax. Is it an older property…..yes. But still it was clean, and peaceful and I enjoyed my solo vacay here!

Although this "inn" is advertised as a resort, we were surprised at check-in. It's a motel, and although our room was quiet and comfortable, it was not what we thought we were getting. The gentleman who checked us in seemed unattentive and bored. The staff were not well informed as to when the restraunt would be open, and when they would have morning coffee for guests. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant was not open every day. The highlight of our stay was having the 140 or so porche owners stay at the inn. We enjoyed looking at the cars and talking with their owners. A few days later there were lots of Texas Ranger's staying at the inn, and they told us it was the safest place to be in the whole state of Texas. These porche and Texas Ranger guests made our stay at the inn special.

The staff was friendly and the room was decent. The night that we stayed (8/2) there was no wifi which was frustrating. Staff was friendly and helpful when we called about it, said there was someone coming to check on it the following week, but unfortunately we just had to deal with having no wifi.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool area was wonderful. We missed dinner hours (main restaurant closed at 5) in the restaurant so I can’t speak to the service. Went to the pub to order food but it didn’t feel very family friendly. We walked next door to restaurants and they delivered to the hotel. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful property with tree shaded courtyard. I wish we would have had time to enjoy it. This is not like chain hotels that are usually available. Only two drawbacks. It is a two story facility and there is no elevator. Also the restaurant has limited hours. Even so the room was spacious and very nice. I would stay there again if I could get a room on the ground floor.
