"I had a twin room to myself which was very lucky because the first bed I selected was so uncomfortable I had to move beds half way through the night. Luckily the second bed was okay - but it was the one nearest the door which is never my first choice. The staff were all lovely and very helpful"

"This was an excellent one night stop for us as we were traveling throughout the Highlands. The common areas felt like sitting in a friend's living room. There are board and card games available and lovely music to listen to. The view of the loch from this area and the breakfast room are beautiful. Wonderful breakfast buffet and excellent service from the staff. Our room was very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"The staff are the best. There was a problem with booking through a third party, and they were able to smooth it out. There were very thoughtful complimentary water/snacks in the rooms for us. They were under construction when I went and that made parking a little difficult, but we did get a spot. The breakfast was pretty fantastic. I couldn’t get over the view of the loch across the street. The hotel was very nice and we would definitely look this one up again!"

"First assigned room was undergoing maintenance. Door was open and bed was covered with construction debris. Although I had paid for a deluxe loch view room, the second room had a window so cloudy we could barely see out of it. Room was tiny. Not the159 square feet advertised. Ceiling panel was hanging down and water stains on the ceiling. Don’t accept room 3 if you decide to stay here. At that point we were just too travel weary and accepted what we were given. I saw other, much nicer rooms the next day. Staff was fine, but room experience was quite poor. "
