"Although this property is small, the people running it are big hearted.
We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture.
The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable.
Excellent breakfast with homemade everything....
"We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day.

"An amazing support by Deepak to start with and then Rose and John were jsut a great pool of people.. my father just felt like at home and cared. Food, drinks and breakfast hot options were very tasty and enough. It is right on the edge of High street where all market is .. so Would recommend fo rpeople..food.. accessibility.. commute..and parking.. it is also close to water boats .. less than 100ms or so. Happy tonahve stayed here."
"Great stay with beautiful sunset view…very neat and clean . Children have a playing area as well.
Didn’t find restaurants near to the property so if you don’t have a private vehicle grab some food items before reaching there. There is a CoOp in the village which is 20 to 25 minutes away from the property.

"What a gem of a property. We really enjoyed our stay, and the host and his sister were super welcoming and helpful. It felt like we were visiting relatives. Each morning we had fresh breakfeast which was made fresh for us to our liking using locally sourced ingredients. We will definatley be coming back."
"We loved our stay at Loch Leven!! Impressed from the time we drove up and saw how lovely it was! Free car park, great dinner food selections, the bar opens at 3pm which was lovely. The staff are friendly and kind. We were a little overloaded on several Scottish breakfasts in a row and they were more than accommodating to figure out an alternative. It's a lovely spot especially if you need a quiet break from the hustle of tourist season!"
