Don’t call room services…. They are rude and said.. I had to go down and pick it up. You think 400.00 dollars a night a person would deliver room service to your room. Horrible experience

Wyndham Columbus
Rooms are not clean, urine around base of toilet and mold in showers. Multiple lights in room didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t flush and sink and tub drains wouldn’t drain. Would not recommend.

Very nice and clean room. Appreciated the comfort and the wine glasses in the room. Enjoyed our stay.

Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown
Breakfast was fresh with quality ingredients. I appreciated the presentation of separate items that allowed me to adhere to a diet without having to "pick things out" of my eggs or skip them completely. There was enough variety to accommodate most any dietary restriction.

Hyatt Regency Columbus
Had a good day requested a remote at night for tv as I had my kid with me and there was no remote in the room waited up on a remote for no one to ever show. Told staff in the morning at checkout that no one ever showed they offered me a free coffee might seem little but was kind of frustrating.
