"We booked at the last moment, and the room we were assigned was ready for us and clean. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful all time. It was very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a nice area of town, close to many food options and not too far from Fort Benning. If we come to Columbus again, we will definitely book here again ☺️. "
"The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice. The room was super cute! The only slight complaint I would even have is the air conditioning coming on and off making the night time feel warm randomly while sleeping. The room still remained pretty cool considering that though. Definitely would stay here again. It was a great value for the price."
"The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I had called ahead to let them know I was running late but would still be coming in. They were amazing and made the process easy... which is always a comfort from the Hilton Brand. We have decided to make this our regular visit in Columbus when we have to come for my son's doctor appointments. Also, my son said breakfast was chef's kiss which is high praise from him. All the way around a great experience. "
