"We got stuck in an elevator. The bath tub stopper was broken. The air conditioning unit was broken. Staff was friendly though. Everything just needs updated in the actual rooms part of the hotel."

"There was NOTHING nice bout this property. They didn't have daily housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels, No in room coffee, clock, phone,tv didn't work most of the time. "The heat did not work-the temp in the room never got above 68 degrees. The drain plug was torn out of the tub. The refrigerator was not plugged in and didn't get cold even after we plugged it in.
