"We had read about the 'noise issue,' and Karla was very helpful in switching us to an upstairs room. Karla was an exceptional employee; very kind, welcoming, answering questions, and just a wonderful reflection of the caring staff. Our room had ear plugs and a white noise machine, but we didn't need either. We didn't see any other guests, and thinking that they had a quiet night. Our room was very clean.
