"Poor experience. Poor lobby appearance, not here clean hotel in general. Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are old. My son locked himself in the bathroom, the response of the person at the front desk, who didn’t look like she wanted to be there, was “there’s no maintenance available at this time.” I said “Maintenance or no maintenance, my son is still in there. Don’t you have a master key?” She handed me a key chain with 20 keys and “try these.” None of them worked. I ended up forcing one of them in and was able to free my son. "Staff members are awesome, but no one told me anything about the shuttle or amenities. Using our microwave set off the smoke detector and the bldg is OLD and needs to be updated. Tub had slimy pink soap scum or mold in the bottom near the drain and the room smelled musty. Great price and location, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"There was a piece of rubber missing under the door leaving a hole at the bottom. The walls are very thin with us hearing the St patrick days party loudly at a nearby bar. Also the shampoo walls dispenser was missing in the shower. we were very disappointed in our skin."
