"I loved my stay at the hotel the front desk clerk Shontel (I’m not sure if I spelled it right) was so helpful and nice. She provided us with places to go and check out."

"Couldn’t use toilet. Told staff. They documented it , said they would fix it after the second time of me asking. Never got fixed. Gave us a different room, way smaller than the previous one. No toilet paper, so I took it from the previous room. I couldn’t get an extra blanket, they said they didn’t have anymore. And no one cared to actually tell that maintenance wasn’t even in property on the weekends. So it wouldn’t have been fixed regardless. I don’t know why this hotel was 7.4 stars. I won’t...

"I love the enclosed balcony very private but still able to enjoy the weather"

"Too loud and too money kids partying and being loud in the hallway."

"Great place to stay if you don’t mind the distance from the French Quarters."

"Good hotel."

"great buffetbreakfas"

"I was unable to secure my room. Staff was non existent until 5am."

"The hotel was awesome. It is located close to the French Quarter. Our suite was big and was clean. We will stay here again."

"Our stay was great, room was very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Well kept hotel."

"It had a horrible smell in the hallway. When we first checked in I booked a two bed and he gave me a king room seeing that I had two other guys with me. We aren’t gay… Then the hall had a mixture of smells. One smelled like strong animal pee with a hint of human boo boo with it. The room was mostly clean tho. When we were trying to talk to the guy about the room issue he told us to hurry up because he had to go on break. 10/10 will not book again."
