"Really awesome experience here. Incredible staff and place. One of the highlights of my trip! The host made me a meal before breakfast time even started and took me to the airport I highly recommend them!"

"This was a beautiful family run business with amazing views. Never have I felt closer to nature or the people of Costa Rica. The host was amazing, super helpful and kind, she made us homemade traditional Costa Rican breakfast every morning. She made herself available at all hours, even when we had to checkout at 2am for our flight home. Parking onsite, and 7 minute drive from down town Alajuela. The view from each room and amenity is breathtaking, the pool is clean and a pleasant escape from the midday heat. The property is a tropical paradise with mesmerizing foliage and wildlife, you can pick ripe bananas in the garden and share them with their pet bunnies (Mango & Waffles) who roam the property daily. I like sit by the overlook in the parking lot with the humming birds and butterflies. This would be a great vantage point for bird watching so pack your binoculars! There’s a handful of very good local restaurants within walking distance, our favorites including El Gordo’s (furthest distance, $$$) & Zompopa Pizza (mid distance, $). This was my favorite part of Costa Rica and I would love to stay here again."

"Hotel staff said it had free parking. When I came they asked me to park at one parking lot as there is no parking in the hotel. That parking lot was full so hotel asked me to park at different parking lot but that parking lot closes overnight. So hotel staff asked to park at 3rd parking lot at my own expense. I had to pay for the parking and hotel won't reimburse me. Room was tiny. Just fitted 2 beds. The bathroom was disgusting with stains all over the floor and I side the shower . Floor was dirty. In morning water stopped working at 8 am and it was turned on at 10am. Noise started in the hotel at 6am. Never ever stay in this hotel."

"Ed, it is wife were so great.They surpassed all our expectations when it came to customer service. There Rental car service was great.Everything was explained to us.There were no hidden fees My wife and I would recommend this place to anybody going To Costa Rica. San Jose area They even helped us when we got lost.. The food was great too."
