"Room was immaculate and staff were friendly. I had an event at 5:30 pm, the restaurant didn’t open until 5:00, one of the gentlemen went to the kitchen and asked if they would be kind enough make me a plate.c which they did. This meant I was able to have dinner rather than ordering Uber Eats. Super appreciated the kindness, and will definitely be back."

"Room was very clean, staff friendly, accommodating when I left something in the fridge and was getting on shuttle. . Good breakfast for 10.50$ . The pastry were just ok, kinda from the day before. Glad for the shuttle service. The driver - lady was very polite and helpful."

"The bunk beds don't have personalized sockets to charge any device, or lights (well, yes, a dim light that doesn't work). Room for improvement in that aspect. The hostel is pretty good overall, a bit expensive for what it is, in my opinion. Location not bad, walking distance to bars, pubs retaurants and the Flix stop for buses to Banff and Lake Louise. The hostel is 20-30 minute drive to the airport. The only thing to consider is that the area has a high population of drug abuse users on the streets, not that it feels unsafe; they mind their own business, but something is there, and you are going to experience. Other than that pretty decent place!"
