Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Fantastic location for exploring cologne. Make sure if you book through Expedia, that you contact the host early if you don't receive an email 24 hours before arriving as we had issues accessing the property. Absolutely recommend the property.

No complaints with where apartment is and its amenities. It’s warm, spacious, quiet and great for a short stay. However the nightmare came with trying to gain access. It took 5 phone calls to get the access email sent through. Had been trying since lunchtime and only managed to get it sorted gone 3.30pm. Also, apartment is at the very top of the building which is about 80 odd stairs so not great if mobility is an issue or you have lots of luggage.

What a wonderful apartment. Large, lots of light, lots of room. It is at at the end of few flights of stairs, which might be a problem for the less mobile. However, once in the apartment, you have high ceilings, a wonderful balcony, great bathroom and and kitchen that has everything need to self-cater. Could not recommend more.

First time staying with ipartment. Genius concept. The check-in process wasn't communicating well though. Our studio was spacious, but cozy.

On the 5th floor no lift in this apartment block. Towels had to last 3 days and we showered 2 per day due to the heat. No aircon. Bedding left unclean and pillows poor quality. Apartment was sparsely decorated. Would need a larger fan for the bedroom.Bothnof us got bit, a plug-in mosquito buster would have been good.

Too loud- no sleep

Unfortunately, there was no information that this location was directly above a club. It was impossible to rest because the music was so loud until 4 in the morning and the walls and bed would vibrate from the bass. There is also a hooka bar, where the smoke filled the room. Due to the summer weather it was necessary to keep the windows open. Lastly, the apartment was not as clean, there was a thin layer of dust everywhere. Sure the space was nice, but I was Unable to sleep for 3 days, and for this I would Not recommend for individuals where this matters.

Ruime kamer, goed bereikbaar, incheck systeem werkte prima. Alles zag er redelijk netjes uit en werkte goed. Een ding was kapot (verwarming), kwamen ze de dag erna maken. Weinig geluidsoverlast ervaren, in het weekend wel meer feestjes in de buurt en dan hoor je wel een bas. Denk dat het in de zomer erger kan zijn, nu niet storend.

Sistema di check in troppo burocratico. Costo del soggiorno veramente esorbitante, causa fiera. Quarto piano senza ascensore, con scale ripide e scomode, specie con bagagli. Neanche 2 mezze bottiglie di acqua offerte a fronte di 1500 per 3 notti.

Lgh i Köln!

Absolut ett mycket trevligt boende i ett område som ligger nära både centralstationen som Kölns vackra Domkyrka och tunnelbana runt hörnan. Många restauranger, barer och en del nattklubbar i närliggande område! Med andra ord ett väldigt livligt område. Det enda som var lite stressande var kommunikationen med de som tillhandhåller lägenheterna. Eftersom det var lite brist på hur man skulle ta sig in osv.. Och man fick jaga lite för att kunna få fram info på hur man skulle ta sig in i både port som lgh. Men de var väldigt tillmötesgående så det var inga större problem. Dock så sköttes både portkod samt lgh kod via mobiltelefonen. Så om man olyckligtvis inte hade batteri kvar på mobilen så kommer man inte in. Så man fick gå runt med laddare hela tiden, för att inte hamna i denna situation.. Det var väl det enda negativa med detta boendet samt ingen hiss i huset. Annars kändes det tryggt och fint och värt att återkomma till.. //P
