Absolutely terrible property with eponymous manager. One learns never to go there due to both noise of the trains as well as the unfriendly behaviour of the eponymous manager.

hôtel standard plus un 2 ou 3 étoile qu’un 4 Literie un peu limite, petit lit coincé dans un coin de la chambre et un drap presque plus petit que la dimension du lit Salle de bain sans chauffage et froide. Hôtel correct mais pas tres accueillant

Tricky check in

The check in was not ideal. We let the hotel know when we would arrive but still had to wander around the building to find a ringer because all of the doors were locked. Unless the area is dangerous, I would suggest keeping a door open for guests. We could feel the bed springs, needs replacing. When we asked, we got extra pillows, no problem. Very nice staff.

Wir waren ein Wochenende in dem Hotel und es hat uns alles super gefallen. Sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer die zweckmäßig eingerichtet sind. Wir haben vor Ort noch das Frühstück dazu gebucht. Es war wirklich für jeden was dabei und das bei einem Preis von nur 8€. Würde da Hotel immwr wieder buchen.

It was close to the Airport. There is minimal service bot you can get a drink and a little food if you wish , two restaurants close by for something better. Breakfast was good worth the expenditure. limited parking available for a small fee.

Posizione periferica, ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro di Colonia in 15-20 minuti. Zona multietnica, ma non trasmette alcun senso di insicurezza. Personale dell'albergo molto cortese e accogliente. L'albergo dà su una linea di tram, però non abbiamo avuto fastidio del rumore. Camera non grandissima, bagno ok. Garage coperto sotterraneo a prezzo molto ragionevole. Non abbiamo provato la colazione. Lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi.

Buen hotel con buena comunicación

Hotel moderno y cuidado, con personal muy amable. Habitaciones grandes, modernas y cómodas. Aunque la zona (Porz) se encuentra un poco lejos del centro de Colonia hay un tranvía justo debajo del hotel y luego 5 minutos andando una estación de tren que te permite ir a la estación central en unos 10 - 15 minutos.

Mycket bra hotel med OK frukost. Rummen va super rena och sängarna bekvämma. Bra kommunikation till City center med tåget som är bara 50m från hotellet. Kommer definitiv tillbacka

Was not told there was no early check out.

Lovely staff and is clean. No kettle in room but borrowed one of receptionist. No English tv. I had surgery and asked for firm pillows has the literature stated u can ask for pillows. So I asked just got told we don’t do any other pillows we can give u extra. Also no room service has stated. It would of been great has I could not get out of bed, so we had to find something else where. Breakfast was nice. I was not informed that check out time is only 6.30 am not good on an early flight. Then the receptionist tried to charge me for more breakfast when I was not there has I was in hospital.

Ich habe nun schon mehrfach im Hotel Lemp übernachtet und bin begeistert: immer freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr, sehr sauber, Lage zu Bus & Bahn super - was will man mehr? Wenn man eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Porz sucht dann definitiv im Hotel Lemp!
