Nice apart hotel with great staff

I've booked this apart hotel at the last minute. It's a very well located and affordable place in Köln. I have been astonished by the professionalism of their staff. They are always ready to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Unangenehmer Gestank im Zimmer und zwei Kakerlaken Sehr viel Krach von der Straße. Die Küche ist nicht ausgestattet Es gibt noch nicht einmal einen Zahnputzbecher. Die Lage ist gut und wenigstens die Bettwäsche war sauber.

Als je de recensies doorleest weet je wat je kan verwachten: geen luxe, maar wel alle nodige voorzieningen. Anders dan ik daarin overigens las waren er wel gewoon schone handdoeken, was de WIFI gratis en kwam er dagelijks iemand langs om te vragen of alles in orde was. Heel vriendelijk.

Local bacana, preço justo! Relativamente próximo da estação central! Único problema não haver recepção 24hrs! Quartos bastante limpos! Fomos bem recebidos, pessoal muito gentil!

Wir waren zu zweit wegen dem Metallica Konzert in Köln für eine Übernachtung im Apart Hotel. Bei unserer Ankunft nach 15 Uhr !!! War das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt, der Papierkorb voll Müll und über das Bad sage ich an dieser Stelle lieber nichts! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der kurz vor seinem Feierabend stand, war wenig erfreut, dass er jetzt noch notdürftig das Zimmer in Ordnung bringen musste! Never again!!!

Checkin nach 20 Uhr nur per Telefon. Es wurde dann der Tür Code per SMS übermittelt. Türverriegelung funktioniert nicht. Es sah aus als ob die Tür schon mal gewaltsam geöffnet wurde. Konnte nur mittels Trick (Checkkarte) Türe öffnen. Balkontüre konnte man auch nicht verriegeln und es musste sicherheitshalber das Rollo geschlossen werden. Dusche/WC-Raum roch nach Kanalisation. Es waren nur zwei Kopfkissen bezogen, die Zudecken lagen unbezogen im "Kleiderschrank" (verbogenes Rohrgestell).

Sono arrivato alle 22:30 non c'era nessuno un biglietto con un numero da chiamare, fatto peccato che parlando solo italiano mi hanno attaccato il telefono ho chiamato una mia amica che parla inglese a chiamato oltre che è stato sgarbato chi a risposto gli ha detto che era tardi dunque dovevo rimanere fuori allora reclamano su una email che suppongo che risponda direttamente il proprietario gli ha dato codici per le 23 circa sono entrato ma letto non fatto pavimento appicicaticcio per il resto 52 euro x dormire non vale per niente la pena c'è molto meglio con cifre similari. E solito x me fare foto dei posti ma la delusione di accoglienza e appartamento mi ha fatto passare la fantasia di fare foto.

太貴(我想可能因為科隆有展覽...)以外...，但地點近地鐵，旁邊有餐廳超市，離市區只有3站地鐵....，房間又大!!!但不知為何電視不能看....，還有一開始入住時要搞懂怎麼輸入房門密碼可能需要一些時間.....其他基本上是不錯的

v hotelu jsme byli již podruhé. Plus je dobrá dostupnost veřejnou dopravou - U-Bahn a nádraží Koln-West. Pokoje jsou standardní, dobrá postel, studio s kuchyňkou, která ale není zařízená, nutno si půjčit nebo vzít vše potřebné. Vedle hotelu jsou tři supermarkety - Aldi, Rewe a Basic biomarkt. Recepce obsazena pouze od 15 do 20 hodin, vše se vyřídí při příjezdu. Standardní ubytování, ale dostatečné.

Waste of money

Nothing was even average about this place. there was a constant toilet smell in the room, you have to open the window in Jan!!there was a bar under the hotel and noise doesn't let you sleep for hours. strange people always were in front of the entrance in the line. kitchenette doesn't have any thing!!, we asked for basic things and we got a dirty plastic box of some. forget about using their towel, it seems they belong to last century. TV didn't have remote we asked for it we got 5 but none worked, on second day finally they gave us the right one. the shower is so small you can barely move in there. WiFi didn't work at all. we got 3 password none of them worked. I attached some pictures of fridge.
