"The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. "

"Wir haben letzte Woche eine Nacht in der Unterkunft am Bach zugebracht. Das Zimmer ist im 50er/60er-Jahre-Stil eingerichtet. Die Zeit scheint hier dtehengeblieben zu sein, zumindest mit den Investitionen. Das Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Betten/Bettwäsche waren feucht und musste ausgetauscht werden, da sich alles sehr unangenehm auf der Haut angefühlt hat. Sorry, aber das kann man heute nicht mehr zur Unterkunft anbieten. "Laut Beschreibung hat das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, das ist nicht der Fall. Diese ist nur im Flurbereich, außerhalb des Zimmers. Bei über 30 grad wird es super heiß. Sporadische Einrichtung, die Betten sind total durchgelegen. Duschen sind mit duschvorhängen, der Duschkopf war kaputt, Wasser ist hinten raus gelaufen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. TV zwar im Zimmer, aber nicht nutzbar, da keine Fernbedienung vorhanden."
