We had informed the hotel about this and asked them to arrange for a taxi. To our surprise, the hotel owner came himself to pick us up in his car. We cannot thank him enough for this gesture. The service, the cleanliness, the hospitality was perfect. We would highly recommend James Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Colmar. The location is nearby the city centre and you can cover all the tourist attractions by foot."

"Luxury hotel in the center of Colmar. Everything was wonderful and the staff was attentive. You are in the center of everything, but you do not feel like you are in the center of everything. The park surrounding the hotel is beautiful and tranquil. All of the highlights of the city (Little Venice, City Centre) are within easy walking distance. We highly recommend the Colmar self-guided walking tour, following the little arrows with the Statue of Liberty to get a feel for the city sights. Highly recommend."

"The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5-6 minutes walk to bus stops for local buses. Also very close to all attractions. It’s very well managed. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Joanna and Emma were super helpful with their advices at the reception. Croissants couldn’t be more fresh as they just come from the oven.
