All great! Service was brilliant. Pool was fun. Room was great. Location is easy. Excellent value. The only thing was we didn’t book parking but it was quite easy to unload & park nearby.

Fine, customer service the afternoon we arrived was not the best. In the morning upon check out the customer service was warm and friendly. Rooms were smaller than they seemed in photos. Nothing special. Nothing wow. But everything fine.

Airconditioning did not function. Hotel could only offer a ventilator. Staff apologized and was kind but no airco when it’s this hot doesn’t allow for a good night rest. No repair staff on site it appears. Room was not really clean (hair everywhere). Overpriced compared to better alternatives. Breakfast was ok with fresh croissants.

Great and beautiful hotel for a short stay in Colmar for our family. Room was very spacious and squeaky clean with great amenities. The Old Town was only a short 10-minute walk away and very convenient to get to from the train station. Would highly recommend!

Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock. When he did arrive (short male with short dark hair) he was miserable,unwelcoming and didn’t tell us any of the usual information such as breakfast times and location or pool opening times. The pool area also had a disgusting looking area of water that was there before you had a chance to avoid it and couldn’t avoid it if you wanted to access the pool! Looking dirty and not nice at all!

The room had everything you needed including a dishwasher if you want to self cater. It is so close to the centre of Colmar and the large area parking is convenient although charged separately. This is the best value accommodation that we have found on our travels in France and Italy !

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great. The staff was very friendly at checkin and the included breakfast was a nice perk. The reason behind the 4 star versus the 5 star was the air conditioner. The first night the room hovered around 74F with the lowest temp setting possible. The second night something went wrong with their overall system. It never got lower than 79F and continued to climb overnight to 84F+. We ended up having to open the balcony to get some semblance of cool air in. The humidity was very high that night and unfortunatedly the daytime temps were close to 100F feel. The room felt very warm and hard to sleep in. Management acknowledged that the cooling system was having issues but nothing was done during our stay.

We had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette was quite useful when traveling with a 1 year old. Swimming pool is small but nice and not busy. Reception was friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to equip the kitchenette with some essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc. which we had to buy and leave behind.
