"We could not turn on the AC and the temperature was 80 F. They told a not very convincing reason, some government stuff. Disappointed either way it, the rest was good."

"Fantastic stay. Hotel is lovely. I stayed in a superior room, and it was nicely sized and very comfortable. Well positioned with the old town and most sights being very walkable. I also enjoy all the little touches - the chocolate on the pillow on check in, the cold mineral water in the fridge and even a refresher towel on check out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Colmar."
