Perfect

The room and the washroom are spacious, well designed, and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Service is great. It is close to the central of the sightseeing area and needs just a 5 to 10 min walk, which I think is better to avoid the crowd. I will stay here again when I go to Colmar and will definitely recommend friends to stay too.

Amazing hotel close to Colmar old town

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people.

Perfect Stay

Lovely small hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Colmar. I had a lovely room and as I have mobility issues, the hotel provided an excellent shower chair for my use during my stay. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. My daughter and grand-daughter were staying nearby and we all enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar on a number of occasions. The breakfast offering was excellent - something for everyone. I can only describe my stay as perfect.

Good location. Poor management. Refrigerator never worked, dimly lit room, needed 2 duvets for a queen bed(apparently they don't have the right size), room not serviced one day (to their surprise); thermostat not programmed for below 73 degrees, etc.

Great overnight stop with dog travelling back to UK from Alsace. Very comfortable modern rooms. No fuss bar serving wines with self service tea coffee. Hot meals available too, ideal for the overnight stop.
