This property is in a great location and every room has a lovely view. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Collieure. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and bright with everything you need. The reception staff was most pleasant and able to converse in English which was greatly appreciated. Miriam welcoming from start to finish. She was very gracious and professional. I hope to stay here again some day. Expedia came through once again.

The accommodation was great for a couple, but the main bed was a bed settee in the lounge. It was comfortable, but needed to be put away each morning. The bunk beds would be ok for older children, but very open plan. So lno privacy. We had great views over the bay and the beach was walking distance.

Käytännöllinen perhehotelli

Perus huoneistohotelli. Sopii hyvin 4-henkiselle perheelle. Sängyt eivät ole kovin hyvät, mutta ihan ok. Asunnossa on kaikki mitä tarvitsee. Merenpuoleisten huoneiden edessä menee tie, mutta liikenne ei ollut häiritsevän kovaa. Parkkihalli ehdoton plussa. Hotellista on noin 10 minuutin mukava kävely merenrantaa pitkin keskustaan. Korkeuseroa jonkun verran. Itse kaupunki on todella viehättävä. Keskustassa on lukuisia ravintoloita ja pari uimarantaa. Ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen paikka.

Correcto.

Ha estado correcto. Nada del otro mundo. La cama es el sofá también y es medida normal, si quieres ver la tele la ves de lado. No muy cómodo. La cocina sin campana extractora. Y el baño y lavabo sin ventilación tampoco.

Tout aurait pu être parfait (studio, accueil, propreté, service) si il n’y avait pas eu la route au raz de l’immeuble C’est un flot incessant de véhicule qui vous gâche le confort de l’établissement

Très court séjour, le seul bémol, le site sur lequel j'ai fait la réservation avait donné de fausses informations, la personne de l'accueil a été tout à fait correcte par rapport à la critique et m'a expliqué pourquoi j'avais été mal informé.

En ayant déjà lu les critiques : un seul lave linge, pas de clim, parking couvert étroit, nous avions pris nos dispositions pour nous adapter : plus de vêtements pour ne pas avoir a faire beaucoup de lessives, ou encore laisser le studio dans le noir pour garder la fraicheur. Nous avons donc passé de superbes vacances.

Cosas buenas y malas

El lugar está muy bien. Bien ubicado. Muy cómodo. Con una vista muy disfrutable. Lo criticable: 1. Dicen que se habla español, NO ES CIERTO. 2. El lugar dónde se depositan los residuos y que huele muy mal, está exactamente al lado de la puerta de entrada al complejo. 3. La limpieza ya sabíamos que no se realizaba durante nuestra estadía, pero no era muy profunda a la entrega del apartamento.

Résidence bien située, mais il faut oublier les logements du rez de chaussée qui sont pollués par le bruit de la circulation et les travaux cette année en face de la résidence qui gâche la vue. Je regrette le manque de communication sur l'obligation du parking payant et le logement avec 2 petits lits superposés et une banquette lit vendu pour 4 adultes. L'ensemble pour un prix qui a mon goût aurait dû être revu à la baisse. Cependant, cette résidence offre une belle prestation, elle est proche des commerces, d'une petite crique, avec en plus une piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et Collioure. Les activités étant réduite par le covid 19, cela mérite un autre passage pour profiter pleinement.

Magnifique vue sur la vieille ville de Collioure. Balcons agréables sans vis à vis. Personnel agréable. Seul reproche à faire: le canapé-lit n’est pas un véritable canapé lit. Il s’agit de deux petits lits, ce qui est un peu dommage en couple.
