"Stayed here a few time when it was a Hilton, I found the staff far more friendly than the Hilton. Our server at the restaurant couldn’t do enough for us."
"Very welcoming when we arrived. Flowers put into our room I had delivered along with some treats from hotel for our anniversary. Our evening meal was the best we had for awhile. No faults throughout our whole weekend "
"The hotel and its facilities are excellent and the staff were helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in although it was a little warmer and stuffy at night. The air conditioning is a little noisy to leave when sleeping. Providing towelling robes was a nice touch but unfortunately both were a medium fit so although my partners fitted I being larger it was not suitable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

"Great welcoming service, good breakfast and nice large room. The best ‘family room’ I have ever stayed in. It was really spacious for a family of four, plenty of free floor space around all the beds.

"Lovely old building on the river. Easy walk on town path through scenic Harnham water meadows, with views of the Cathedral, to the city centre. Great to have free parking for clients. The room had everything you need, hairdryer, tea & coffee pods, good bathroom and products. Our room looked over a roof, a view would have been better, but booked late. Some noise from below, but all quiet after 10pm and slept very well.

"Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water.
Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too!
Breakfast was also very good and flexible options.
All of the staff were very polite, helpful and always happy to offer advice on local area. Their breakfast...
