"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed.
But 2 more things were more shocking to us.
1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug.
Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups !
2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...
"Hotel muy lindo dentro de la toscana, instalaciones muy limpias y bellas. Personal muy amable y la comida del restaurante excelente muchas gracias a todos."
"Our stay was perfect. We were given an upgrade due to the fact that it was our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and they work hard at pampering all guests. Property and rooms are extremely clean. Not sure if we went at a good time but the hotel was not crowded at all. Easy access to spa and other amenities which are also super clean. Loved our stay here, definitely the best hotel stay we’ve had"
"We loved the feel of the place...light and contemporary decor. Stunning views and lovely pool to lounge by.
Fantastic location and we visited Vinci and San Miniato (lovely restaurants) really close by. Of course went to San Gimignano and visited Lucca which we loved!
Hotel highlights...breakfast and pool. The dining room is beautiful and I would have quite liked to have part of it as a lounge to grab an evening drink and relax whilst enjoying to view.
Light lunches available in the daytime...
