"Magnificent Property"

"Bien situé."

"Elevator was broken last day and phone didn’t work last day. Pack light if you’re going to be on the top floors."

"Fabulous hotel with amazing views of the Charente valley."

"Wonderful hosts, well appointed place with everything you need."

"The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. "Parfait"

"Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area."

"Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road."

"very good location for one night"
