"Absolutely amazing. This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. As a young couple, the location was incredible; we were able to easily get around using Lime scooters, Uber, and the St. Pete bus systems. Additionally, there were many things to do, restaurants, etc in walking distance. The hotel was super clean, quiet, and had beautiful views. We LOVED having a kitchen and laundry all in our room as well. The balconies are a lovely place to relax, and the room itself was pristine. The front desk staff was super kind, allowing us to check in once the room was ready, and hold our bags before our flight so we could continue to explore on our last day. This was our first time in St. Pete, and Mint House was a huge part of our amazing vacation. We will absolutely be staying again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great prices, views, and service."

"Good option for a quick stay but would not stay here longer than a few things. Property listed there was a hot tub… not hot tub to be found. Breakfast is extremely basic and not very good. Quite literally the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. But property and room were clean, pool was decent, staff were wonderful! "

"My stay was a disaster. Never have I experienced such poor conditions. # 1 Bathroom was the worst, sink was set up in a tabletop covered with what appeared to be clumps of dried glue, along with other maintenance debri.# 2 Bath tub discusting, filled up with water, the water trickled out of a totally clogged shower head. took forever to shower. # 3 toilet seat did not fit toilet, too small. and would not stay up. # 4 ancient refrigerator, ready to fall out of it's cubical when the door was open. Tried to call office many times, but NO answer. If it had not been prepaid, I would have left, my hands were tied. I do strongly feel that Expedia should hold some responsibility. A refund or partial should go back to my credit card. I'm 85 years old, golng to my grandson's college graduation and this room condition ruined the trip for me."
