This hotel seemed like it would be amazing in the winter time as it gave the warm place to escape vibe, The balcony was kind of neat but the view was blocked by the cover for the check in. Dont get me wrong it was a pretty nice place just these couple of details that could use some updating. The laundry being free and the breakfast was pretty good... had always heard the history of the area so we made this stop on our route NE and it was a interesting stop. Would suggest this location if you're ever in Cody!

Excellent Customer Service all around. The rooms were nice and clean. I am a little bit of a snob with hotels and was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western. TVs are a little old & blurry but everything else was perfect! Everyone takes pride in their work and the service they provide.

Great all-around experience. Room was nice, beds comfortable (for me that means mattress not soft - my back needs a firm one), and quiet - another key for us. Very handy location and enjoyed the nice indoor pool (good size) and gym equipment. We did not use the hotel restaurant but they had a nice menu. Wall art close by for food and other essentials. Only minor complaint is hotel controls heating/cooling. You control fan only. This wasn’t a big deal, however. All in all, we would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel is perfectly positioned—close enough to the town center for convenience, yet tucked away from the noise and not far from the Wild West Museum. The staff were welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth experience even though we only crossed paths briefly.Inside, the property is kept in terrific condition, feeling fresh and well-cared for. A real standout is the onsite restaurant; it draws a lively crowd for good reason, with both the food and service being consistently excellent. It’s a solid, reliable choice if you're visiting the area.
