We were afraid to touch anything. Took the dirty comforters off and just put them in the corner. Anyway, it served its purpose for a few hours sleep. And it was very cheap so what did I expect, right? Oh, the barking dogs we could hear all night long were an added bonus..not!! Bring slippers so your feet don’t touch the damp carpet! "

"We booked 3 days at IHG Boca for doctors appts. We left after the first night due to BED BUGS. There were roaches on the first floor common areas in the corners. Our room was on the 4th fl. The bedbugs appear at night, first in the corners of the mattress which had many sheets to hide the bugs. The desk staff could not help us with a refund. I would like a refund and am in the process of filing with Boca Health dept."
