Our first time at this Holiday Inn - the staff was Wonderful - especially the ladies in the breakfast buffet! They were very attentive & the variety of food options were great, plus the food was amazing! We were there for a convention in the conference center…the food staff there was great! They even had coffee & desserts set aside for the vendors. The room was spacious & comfortable, plus the beds were super comfy! Great experience & would definitely stay there again!

The staff was amazing, Shauna was very helpful and kind. The hotel is nice and clean but the area isn’t great with no restaurants nearby I would stay here again even though the price is a little high.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was really nice. Close to port Canaveral. Not at the beach. Breakfast was hat and fresh.

This property needs a makeover right now. Guest rooms are carpeted and dirty. All guest rooms should have vinyl flooring that can be cleaned. One elevator for everyone. This property does not meet minimum expectations.

We did not get the room I payed for/ was supposed to get 2 rooms with hot tub in each- staff said they did not have that info and would do nothing/ said I would have to take it up with Expedia I should at least get a partial refund on these 2 rooms since the hot tubs was the reason I booked this property
