"Our first impression was good, until we noticed all the stains on the carpet in our room. The Lady Byng room. They may have been cleaned, but the stains remained. The breakfast, including the presentation, was lovely. The lounge was lovely with interesting artifacts. Parking was convenient. I went to the office at 10:45 on the morning of our departure to buy some coffee; the office sign said closed from 11-4."

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. "Small town, older motel. It had what we needed but it may not work for everyone. Spent one night before flying out. Might be wise to stay closer to the international airport as the highways can be congested. "

"The front desk man was very helpful and kind. The room was lovely, there was yogurt, cheese and mandarins in the fridge in the room, and muffins were also provided, it was nice to be able to lounge in the room instead of going downstairs. The two-person tub was a bonus as well. Nice, quiet and close to everything."

My only dings were the underground parking which was hard to navigate and where we parked the trunk on our car hit a pipe and sustained a defect in paint. The other thing was the small toiletries for shower."

"Found a highly toxic cleaner smell when entering room which was overpowering. Reported to front desk after airing room out awhile. They said it may be due to person in room previously and told them that’s not the way to clean. Felt uncomfortable in the room with cleanliness(bedding etc) and should have left but only needed to stay a few hours due to early flight "
