"Loved EVERYTHING about the location BUT the beds was made of springs and no mattress. There was not any thing between the springs and the sheets. Loved the room changes BUT hated that couch that looked like it was called in to duty from the 60s. It should have been replaced before it was bought. They said it was the pullout bed. NO that thing wasn't even good to sit on as a couch. The walls used to have sound proof between the outside and inside, now it is hallow and LOUD! Before once the door was closed you couldnt hear the hallway or even the ocean. Now you hear even the next room like you was in the room with them. The rooms looked clean but needed to be matching at least to the window cover or artwork. So disappointed in how it looked. Housekeeping and front office was GREAT help, nice, and smiled. Those rooms smelled great!"

"Needs to be throughly cleaned. The outside needs sprucing up. The carpet needs a deep cleaning. There were small repairs that needed to be done in the room. The room actually looked like the picture. With a little help it could be great. I would stay agin only if I couldn’t find any place better but it was ok. We did sleep well on the beds. Needs new curtains."

"Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. A great choice if you don’t want to be on the shoreline."

"The rooms are not as nice as they appear. The hallways are gross because the carpet is fraying, and there are stains. The a/c units hanging out into the hallways are rusty. I paid extra for ocean front but balcony was tiny with small white plastic furniture. There was literally paint stains blobs all over the outdoor carpet on the balcony. The balcony railing was suppose to be white but had chipped paint along the entire thing. Red paint was showing thru all the areas. NO room service. I had to call the main office every single day to ask for towels. They were pleasant but it took over a hour to get. The same when needing toilet paper. Not once did room service come and at the end of the stay we had a pile of wet and dirty towels on the kitchen floor. Our room was located directly outside the elevator. We had a large gap from the door being warped, and because of the opening bright daylight along with bugs and noise came thru. The king bed is located immediately when you walk in the hotel room but because theres a large window, you can’t open the curtains at all because people in the hallway could see right in to your room. There was no lamp or overhead lighting so the front room stayed dark the entire stay. The parking gargage constantly had a huge dirty puddle. The positives were the elevators were quick, the pool looked nice and their restaurant had good food. I wish I stayed someplace else because this hotel is definitely old and needs updating. "

"Affordable, comfortable stay!! Very nice outdoor area for when you need a more chill time during your vacation! Love the bbq grills outside and large patio!"
