"This under-construction venue is in a fantastic location, and with an oceanfront view. The description made no secret of the state of renovation, and while the rooms are a little out of date, my actual room was very clean and with some nice touches. WIFI in the room was marginal, there were no amenities such as a pool or café on site; however, everything in the room was in good working order, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Did I mention the oceanfront view??!"

The check in process was a little bumpy where I had to reach out about an hour before check in because I had been given no information despite a welcome message indicating they would text me the information a day in advance. I then received a text saying the information would be emailed. I never received an email so I followed up again and was told they didn’t have an email address for me. They ended up texting me the check in information. All of that aside, the property was pretty responsive when I did reach out and the actual stay itself was nice and clean."
