"I need to add critical information to this escalation.
During my stay, I was harassed and followed by an unknown male on the property for an extended period of time. I was forced to navigate the hotel alone, attempting to get to safety, and had to yell for help while trying to reach my room. There was no staff available to intervene. My phone eventually died, and I had to rely on a third party to contact the front desk and physically come to the property to ensure my safety.
This is a serious failure in providing a secure environment and represents a clear liability concern.
In addition, I am currently 5 months pregnant and have an autoimmune condition that has already caused significant physical distress. Due to the conditions at this property and lack of immediate assistance, I have been left without safe shelter during a winter storm, in rain and snow, which has further impacted my health.
This situation involves:
• A confirmed medical issue related to bed bug exposure
• A documented safety and security failure
• Lack of staff response during an emergency
• Resulting displacement without safe accommodation ."
