"The room and property were beautiful. The sat nav in the vehicle didnt take me to where the house was (thats the vehicle though, phone GPS got me there after turning on data) friendly staff, but be aware it is a country home, fellow arachnaphobics, i sadly discovered a rather imposing false widow in my room upon my return at 1am. Otherwise, it was lovely, i wish i couldve stayed longer to enjoy it but that sent me packing. "

"The hotel was further from Kinsale than I expected but was able to get a shuttle bus to town but needed to get a taxi back. The pool area was having work and some facilities were out of action. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly. . "

"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "Excellent safety features in bathroom - roughened surface on bottom of bath and grab bars. Bed with very comfortable mattress and bedlinen Kettle in room and plentiful tea and coffee supplies. A requested refrigerator was supplied for my medication. Reception desk staff friendly and very helpful and willing to please"

Great Location, New Hotel

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dean Cork! We were only in town for one night and opted to stay at The Dean thanks to its convenient location next to Cork Kent Station. The hotel is very nice, new. The room was small, but functional. We would definitely stay here again. "
