"Such a beautiful place, & the staff is extremely helpful & friendly. They went out of their way multiple times to offer our group extra assistance Highly recommend!"

"Good location in Galway to experience the sea views and bay. The hotel itself is a little tired, but reasonably clean. The staff in the restaurants and lounge are exceptional! This is where the hotel shines, as well as having lovely views across the bay. Also front desk staff was lovely and had a small fridge brought to our room when we enquired about refrigerators. We had breakfast included and it was very satisfying with typical full Irish breakfast choices, plus cereal, toast, yoghurt...

"Location is the best, easy to walk and close to all main attractions. The room is small with no day light at all but bathroom is huge with great shower. Thanks to front desk staff very helpful and friendly!"

"Location is not walkable to anything, u need a car or an uber to go to the city center or even to dinner . Room are dark and dated Staff were nice and helpful Breakfast was good ."

"A very complete Holiday Hotel. The rooms were good , clean and comfortable. There is well assembled buffet breakfast. There is a full ( big ) gym, workout area, huge pool….. so great for family get away."

"Great boutique hotel in the middle of the music scene. We loved it"

"Nice stay ,great breakfast"

"Location could not gave been better. Walking distance to all attractions. Great breakfast. If you are going to Galway, stay here"

"I liked the location It was good to get around."

"Extremely noisy ADA wheelchair access room that was an "upgrade". Door needs to be sound proofed. Miserable experience each night when neighbors returned home drunk and continuing to party. Navigating overpacked lobby/coffee bar filled with strange characters is not ideal for coming and going, possibly consider a hotel only entrance."
