"Very large spacious room. Very quiet. Very clean. 30 miles from Waco, a very good restful stop on the way to Houston to visit relatives."

"Clean, comfortable bed and nice breakfast"

"Need to update directional signs to accurately show room numbers."

"Great stay!"

"Great stay! Staff was helpful as I checked in early in the morning."

"Extremely clean and comfortable! My kids loved the aquarium in the lobby. Lots of great breakfast options!"

"Nice Overnight stay near Baylor."

"Although the staff was really sweet and kind and helpful, the property was old and gross. There needs to be a lot more updates to this property. It was uncomfortable to stay there. My children ran around, barefoot on our floors and their feet were black like they had sit on them. The Desk chair that we had in our room was broken and coming apart by the threads the two sofa chairs we had were dirty holes in the fabric was torn. They were stains everywhere. The sink was disgusting. The ironing...

"Beautiful hotel, great location. Many times you’re met by less than friendly hotel staffs but not here. Delightful check in staff and definitely the bar and restaurant staff. Well done!"

"Good location"

"It was OK, but I will probably stay in the Regency Inn from now on when I go to Gatesville"

"The bistro did not offer Starbucks as advertised"

"The room was clean the first night and was able to find parking, second night absolutely no parking available. We were arriving later in the day called the front desk staff to ask them to please make sure the crib was in the room. As we got closer, we double checked that the crib was in the room because the baby was extremely tired. Unfortunately, they did not know how to set up the crib and told us no sheet was needed which all parents know is absolutely untrue! The young woman at the front...

"The receptionist was terrible—she didn’t explain anything. We asked about our pre-paid breakfast, and she had no idea what we were entitled to take. I don’t think it’s entirely her fault, though; it seems she simply wasn’t trained on how to welcome or assist a guest."

"The hotel was understaffed. Only one person onsite. Although it worked out fine for us. The lamp in our room did not work. I was given a bulb and it still didn't work. The room was comfy. But the bathroom had a hole in the wall adjacent to the light fixture. The tub area definitely needed to be addressed. And should not have been given to anyone until it was fixed. Definitely not worth what I paid for the room."
